Harper's Ice Cream Co. is a small, family-owned and operated ice cream shop. Our ice cream is handmade in small batches at our Phoenix, Oregon, store. We started Harper's to bring more joy and happiness to our community. We proudly offer Harper's as a gathering place for friends and families. Our team members should reflect our values of honesty, integrity, community, and kindness. We value our employees and strive to create a safe and fun working environment for everyone!

PARENTS:  A first job is a big deal; we take it very seriously. It's the first glimpse at "real life" responsibility, and we are devoted to making an excellent first impression of the working world. That said, please let your child take the initiative – you should not be filling out an application or inquiring about any details for them. We want to hear their thoughts and opinions and see their personality. If you want your child to keep their feet on the ground, put some responsibilities on their shoulders. Believe in their ability to do hard things!

Ice Cream Scooper/Store Associate

Our ice cream scoopers are hardworking, outgoing, and laser-focused on customer service. 

Harper's scoopers are responsible for delivering on our promise to create a welcoming community-gathering place. This role provides great service, consistent scoops, and an excellent customer experience during every shift. As a scooper, you will take orders, make menu items accurately, and ring up customers using a point-of-sale system. Part of an outstanding customer service experience is a clean and well-organized store. Cleaning, stocking, and organizing will be ongoing during every scooper shift. All this while listening to music, getting to know people in our community, and having fun! Must be 16 or older. ​
